For the second time since the summer of 1863, Morgans are coming to Guernsey County.  That first visit was by Colonel John Hunt Morgan.  He led about 670 Confederate cavalry men and horses on a raid through Southern and Central Ohio.  And Guernsey County -- Cumberland, Old Washington and Londonderry witnessed the northern-most raid of the Civil War.  This time it will be Morgan sports cars and their proud owners from the Ohio Morgan Owners Group car club who come to Guernsey County & Cambridge.  If you don't recognize Morgan cars, it's Britain's oldest, longest made sports car - starting production in 1909 and just celebrating its 100th anniversary 3 years ago.  On Saturday, September 22 from 12 noon to 3p.m. the Morgan cars willl be on display at East Eighth Street by the Guernsey County Courthouse Square.
